Online General Scholarship Application

The scholarship application for 2025-2026 is open and will close February 1, 2025 at 11:59PM.

Some of the questions may require additional documentation that you can mail, fax, or physically deliver to the Financial Aid office in Student Central, Cowan Hall Room 213.

For online applications only, our office will email you a secure folder to upload your requirements. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after submission of your application (excluding weekends). Our office is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (excluding holidays). Secure folders will be emailed during those hours.

If you need to change your information after submitting the application, please contact our office at finaid@msun.edu or call 406-265-3787 to request changes. Only your most recent submission will be considered and any past submissions will be removed. 

 

Print General Scholarship Application

If you would prefer to submit a paper application instead of the online version, please download a copy to print. The printed copy and supporting documentation may be mailed, faxed, or physically delivered in to the Financial Aid office in Student Central, Cowan Hall Room 213. Mailed and faxed applications must be post marked before 11:59PM of February 1, 2025.
